What does “All included” mean?
These are the services provided included in the prices of each package:
What’s happen when I hit “GET STARTED”?
When you hit the Get Started button you simply share with us the details of your project.
These details will help us evaluate the project and confirm if we are the right partner to team up with your company to get this project rolling.
The project submission it’s not a bond.
The shared information will never be shared with any other entity other than with our team for evaluation purposes.
What’s happen if the project gets accepeted?
Setting the expectations, deadlines, and communication streams it’s key for any project success.
After the project gets our green light, we will start the onboarding process where we’ll create the virtual office where our companies work side-by-side to get the project running smoothly, successfully, and effectively.
What’s happen if the project gets rejected?
We don’t take all projects submitted. Sometimes we prefer to pass on some opportunities.
This only happens when we are not sure to be able to guarantee a successful outcome.
This can be determined by several factors like not viable deadlines, our current workload, or just because the project still doesn’t have all the information we usually need to be able to deliver an excellent product.
We always discuss the submitted projects to align the expectations, deadlines, and deliverables, but sometimes perspectives and ideas don’t align.
Don’t take this wrong, but we aim to create long-lasting relationships with our customers and we want to be all-in with you, with your team, and your vision.
In order to kick-off the project, we will submit a payment request of 50% of the total cost of the order.
Another payment request of 25% of the order will be requested after the final approval before launching the high-resolution image development.
The final 25% balance of the order will be requested upon the delivery of the high-resolution images.
Revisions Policy & Deadlines
This is an important topic.
Based on our 20 years of experience, we don’t believe in what most of the other companies do: “infinite revisions” & “tight deadlines”.
If you want top-of-the-class renderings we need to be laser-focused, we need to give the right time to develop every single detail of your property and we need to have a super-effective communication method where errors are mitigated as much as possible.
For these reasons, we allow 1 major revision and 1 minor revision (in this order).
In your best interest, we don’t want to keep the project running for weeks or even months.
From the deadline perspective, the optimization of the revision policy can also provide reasonable and reliable deadlines.
Based on our past projects the average deadline it’s 5 to 7 working days.
Our definition of a fully successful project.
Building solid relationships, share ideas, and prioritize communication over intuition, it’s our definition of success.
Our priority is to create for you the most stunning and impressive visualization to sell your vision to the world.
