The Demographic: the target audience for Victoria Terrace Residence, are high-incomes wealthy seniors. The future tenants of these beautiful apartments are people that want to enjoy the incredible landscapes, the beautiful trails and the amazing seaside, without any other concern, like snow removal, move the lawn or any other kind of maintenance.
The Results: the elegance of the brand speaks by itself, as well as the sense of community and the sense of peaceful environment. The idea we developed since the begging is the perception of a community where all the hosts can easily get together in specific areas, giving them the opportunity to spend nice time together even during the famous “Canadian Hard Winter”.
